Quantum built us a single Power BI reporting suite covering Helpdesk, Logistics, Estate MI, Monthly SIM Reporting and Finance Reporting, with automated feeds into Dataverse replacing spreadsheet imports and integration into our billing system API so the reports refresh without anyone touching them. For the first time we can reconcile our revenue against billing line by line, drill into discrepancies, identify trends and see month-on-month finance performance in the format our board already uses.
