What this isn't
We load your projects as they are today. We don't re-plan or rescue them; that's separate work if you want it. And if six weeks isn't realistic for your portfolio, we say so at the end of week two and adjust the scope or stop.

How long does it take to set up a PMO?
Six weeks with this engagement. Two weeks assessing how delivery runs today, two building your rules and documents, one configuring Quantum Delivery Hub and loading your projects, and one for training and handover.
How much does PMO setup cost?
£9,500 + VAT, fixed. That includes six months of Quantum Delivery Hub with 10 licences. After six months the platform is from £9 per person a month, by role. The documents are yours to keep either way.
Is this right for the size of our business?
It's designed for businesses running between 5 and 30 projects at once. If you're running more, or need a permanent PMO lead, our PMO consultancy may suit you better.
Will you take over or fix our existing projects?
No. We load your first 10 projects as they are today and your team loads the rest. Re-planning or recovering a project is separate work, if you want it.
What happens if six weeks isn't enough?
We'll know by the end of week two. If six weeks isn't realistic for your portfolio, we say so then and either adjust the scope or stop.
Do we have to adopt full PRINCE2?
No. The framework is built on PRINCE2 because UK boards recognise it, but weeks 1 to 2 decide how much process you actually need. Most businesses need far less than the full method.
