I'm Founder and CEO of Quantum Consultancy. I build PMOs that work: clear governance from intake to billing, honest reporting that executives can act on, and financials tied to the P&L. I founded Quantum to bring that discipline to organisations that need delivery they can rely on, with Martin joining me early on as COO, and I'm the product owner for Quantum Delivery Hub, our project management platform.
I've worked in payments and fintech for more than 20 years, first at Wincor Nixdorf and then for almost 18 years at Commidea and Verifone, rising from Senior R&D Manager to Director of the EMEA Project Management Office. I led multi-role project and programme teams delivering multi-million-pound, PCI DSS-compliant payment solutions for Tier 1 retail, hospitality, banking and e-commerce clients across Europe. Along the way I scaled the PMO from the UK to EMEA and grew an R&D function from a team of 9 to more than 40 people in under 12 months.
I'm a PRINCE2 Practitioner with nearly 30 years in IT and technology. I'm as comfortable setting strategy with a leadership team as I am rolling up my sleeves to help struggling businesses recover their projects, and I bring that same hands-on approach to every Quantum engagement.
