I'm COO and co-founder of Quantum Consultancy, where I help clients across payments and fintech fix what's broken: failing projects, missing BI and reporting capability, and PMOs that aren't pulling their weight. Alongside Stuart, I built Quantum to bring the same rigour we apply to complex delivery to businesses that need structure, clarity and data they can trust.

Before Quantum, I spent over a decade at Verifone, most recently leading the UK & Ireland Projects team within the EMEA PMO. I delivered high value Tier 1 merchant onboarding, payment platform implementations, terminal estate integrations and large-scale ecommerce rollouts across the UK, Ireland and EMEA, working within PCI-regulated, high-availability environments where the margin for error is small and the commercial stakes are high.

I'm a PRINCE2 Practitioner, known for calm, pragmatic delivery leadership: bridging technical and business teams, keeping complex projects on time and on budget, and building high-performing teams along the way. That's the experience I now bring to every Quantum engagement.
